Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso DOC Friuli
It expresses itself with a wide and elegant olfactory range of red fruits, blackberries, blueberries, sour cherries and delicate notes of toasted nuts followed by suave spicy whiffs. With a soft aroma and endowed with a pleasant persistence, it gives a full and enveloping sip that brings back fruity and spicy olfactory perceptions accompanied by velvety tannin.
A wine of great harmony and elegance, ideal with red meats, roasts, game dishes and feathered game. Excellent with medium and long aged cheeses, including alpine cheeses. It is sipped pleasantly at the end of a meal in combination with a fruit salad of dried nuts.
