Aromas of yellow apple, tropical fruit, peach, acacia flowers and wisteria. Fine and persistent perlage, fresh taste accompanied by a soft component. As well as an aperitif, it is an elegant accompaniment to fried fish or hors d'oeuvres in all their variations.
