Delicate hints of almond, nettle, tropical fruit (pineapple and papaya), introduce a memory of wild flowers. Fresh, velvety, harmonious and enveloping taste. Excellent partner of a pasta allo scoglio, grilled fish. Also finds a happy pairing with prosciutto crudo and tagliatelle with duck ragout.
